Papa John’s needed to continue its aggressive growth in online revenues through development of a mobile application. They needed an Android app in a short timeframe, as well as a complete overhaul of a pre-existing iOS app.
Mission Data created a highly functional and user-oriented Android application that includes ordering, payments, rewards/rewards visualization, notifications/alerts, and location-based services. We created all aspects of the iOS app including UX/UI, based on UX testing with external potential customers that matched persona research.
For the Android app, a 4.2/5.0 star rating and between 1 MM – 5 MM installs For the iOS app, we met the business goal of 20% improvement in convergence and speed to order, and the app has a 4+ rating.
