Profile & Challenge

The challenge was to foster and grow an existing customer loyalty community through a high-value, functional mobile app that complements an existing web-based affinity application.

SOLUTION & OUTCOME

GAP engineered a mobile app that provided members with information about their personalized barrel plates, including barrel number and age. The app also featured a store and restaurant/bar locator, distillery updates, and social sharing functionality. This mobile app was released on Android and iOS platforms in May 2013​​.
