The challenge was to manage and maintain availability for the LiftMaster MyQ Home Control App, a mobile application used for the secure operation of a home or business's garage doors, gates, external lights, and security system, catering to a user base in the millions.

SOLUTION & OUTCOME

GAP provided the solution architecture (app, security, infrastructure), services partner selection, and product road map. The product team released three updates as per the technology roadmap, now supporting over 1 million “Internet-ready” devices in homes and businesses​​.
