Mercer partnered with Mission Data to develop and host an interactive survey to measure employer’s efforts in gender equality. Mercer had recently completed a global research study on gender diversity practices, and the innovative survey promoted awareness of the study and encouraged engagement with the results, which included data from 164 organizations in 28 countries – representing over 680,000 women.
