Mission Data webmail help

To access webmail, go to http://www.missiondata.com.

  1. Click WEBMAIL in the top right of the page.
  2. Enter your username in the first field - your username is your full email address.
  3. Enter your password in the next field. Contact serveradmin@missiondata.com if you have forgotten your password.
  4. Click go.
To view emails that have been caught by the Spam and Virus filters, click Spam or Virus in the Folders pane on the left side of the page ( See Figure 1 ).

Note: messages in Spam and Virus folders will be automatically deleted after 3 days.

The following section is for Spam and Virus Filtering Customers

Spam or Virus folders missing in your Folders pane?

Do the following:

  1. Open WebMail
  2. Click Folders in the top menu

  3. In the Unsubscribe/Subscribe area, the missing folders will appear in the righthand box. Click the missing folder(s) to select them.

  4. Click the subscribe button. The folders will move to the lefthand box.

  5. Click Shift+refresh on your browser toolbar.

    The folders will now appear in the WebMail Folders list.
