Universal Linen is the largest and best supplier of linens, uniforms and other service items in the Louisville area.

The problem: "People think we just do restaurant linens." And that's actually a two-fold misperception: they do more than restaurants, and they do more than linens.

Universal was in the process of updating their print promotions when they came to us to redeisgn their web site. We created a simple, clean design that uses the industry / service icons Universal uses on their trucks and print materials to drive home their wide array of  offerings. A short Flash piece integrated into the home page uses crip, clean images to reinforce that message plus overlay a strong customer service message.

Customer care is critical to Universal's success. They have invested heavily in online account services for their customers. The site now serves not only as a promotional tool, but provides a portal to online accounts and a tutorial for using them.
