Process Overview
Mission Data applies an iterative and collaborative approach in the delivery of its Web design and development process. The approach enables time-boxed releases of prioritized system functionality while adhering to a consistent rigor for managing requirements, testing, and user acceptance. Mission Data’s approach also has a strong focus on the user experience and the navigation within a system.
The general methodology’s initial stages establish the basis for the iterative creation of a system supporting the evolution of requirements while ensuring critical website functionality is released for use in a manner prioritized for the business. Each of these releases is termed a build. Builds can either be internal or deployed into production.
