Email Client Setup Instructions:
Outlook XP
- Open the Outlook XP application
- From the “Tools” menu, select “E-mail Accounts…”
- Select “View or change existing e-mail accounts” and select “Next”

- Make sure your email account name is highlighted
- Select the “Change…” button (or the "Add..." button if setting Outlook up for the first time)

NOTE: If your are setting Outlook up for the first time, select POP3 (default).
- Change the value of “Outgoing mail (SMTP):” to mail.mydomain.com
- Change the value of “Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP):” to mail.mydomain.com
- Click the "More Settings . . . " button. The Internet E-mail Settings
window opens.

- Click the Outgoing Server tab and check the box next to 'My outgoing
server (SMPT) requires authentication'.
Click Ok.

- Select “Finished”
- Close and restart Outlook.
